Originally from New York, real estate agent Dana “Dee” Muhlgay relocated to California after one too many cold New York winters. From Encino to Thousand Oaks and throughout the San Fernando Valley, Dee is a premier agent in the Los Angeles area’s highly competitive real estate market.

Dee was born on Long Island and spent much of her youth living in Brooklyn. She attended New York University, and after graduation, she worked in sales and marketing roles before relocating to the Chatham, New Jersey, area. Inspired by her mother’s career as a successful interior designer, she decided to pursue a career in real estate and earned her license in 2011. She spent three years working in residential sales in New Jersey before her family relocated to the West Coast.

Since moving to California, Dee has taken on a variety of marketing and sales positions in both real estate and other industries. She served as a director of marketing and operations, listing manager, transaction coordinator, and project manager for a handful of real estate teams, and now she is returning to sales.

As a real estate sales agent, Dee truly enjoys working with clients to help them achieve their goals. She is solutions-driven and loves helping buyers to get exactly what they need from a property. She is especially fond of working with first-time buyers, as she enjoys educating clients about the homebuying process.

Dee lives in Encino with her husband, two teenage children, and dog. A certified yoga instructor, she stays active with her yoga practice and also enjoys hiking and walking with her family. In her free time, she loves to write, go to the beach, read, travel, and socialize with friends.
