From the time that we first called Dana and Jeff to discuss the sale of our home in Hidden Hills after almost 30 years, we were impressed with their grasp of the market and helpful suggestions about getting the property ready for sale. We knew that they were the most experienced broker team in the area and after one meeting decided to work with them. Throughout the process, they were always responsive, forthcoming with great suggestions for preparing the property and incredibly willing to work with the special problems that we had due to my wife's illness. Not only were they experienced and professional, they are also nice people with a great team. They guided us through the process of resolving several terrific offers. When we ran into a glitch with the sale to the buyer we chose among the several terrific offers, they were able to craft a quick and helpful solution, enabling us to move forward with our choice of buyers and to close with scarcely a ripple. Selling your home is stressful enough and working with good and caring people is essential. I cannot recommend Dana and Jeff strongly enough.

Blair was amazing. She made recommendations for some superficial work on the house to make it more attractive and marketable, and gave me referrals to great people to do the work. She created beautiful marketing materials which resulted in a ton of interest and dozens of showings. We had numerous offers well above the listing price and were under contract in 2 days!
